Support the Madison High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund
The Madison High School Alumni
Association is a chartered, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to
supporting the educational endeavors of the children of the Madison
community in general and the Madison Middle School in particular. This is
accomplished through your membership and various fundraising activities
throughout the year. No elected officer, board member, committee member or
any other member receives any salary or wage.
Donate in memory/honor:
Making a donation in
memory/honor of a much-loved MHS friend or relative is a wonderful way to
celebrate their life. It really is a positive way to help make their memory
last and touch the lives of many, for years to come, by supporting the
association’s Scholarship Fund. It can also be a great comfort at a time of
loss to remember someone close to you in this way. If you would like to make
a donation, you can do so using this form, processing your donation either
online or by mail (see address below). MHSAA is always extremely grateful
for these special donations.
If you are organizing a donation, please ask contributors to designate their
donations to the MHSAA Scholarship Fund. Please ask them to include their
name and address, so we can send them a thank you letter upon receipt of
their donation, and the name of the person being memorialized or recognized.
Thank you for thinking of the MHSAA and for considering donating in such a
special way.

Establish an On-Going Memorial/Honorary
Scholarship:
If you wish to establish an on-going scholarship, similar to the Bill
“Bull” Cartwright Scholarship, MHSAA has established a minimum amount of
$1,000 for such an annual gift. Please identify the qualities you are
looking for in the recipient and information about their notable
contributions while at Madison High School. Please identify the qualities
you are looking for in the recipient as well as information about the person
being remembered/honored (i.e., their notable contributions while attending
Madison High School). |
